We invite researchers, clinicians, innovators, and students to submit abstracts for presentation at FHCC2025 – The Future of Healthcare Conference, taking place on 30–31 October 2025 at COMSTECH Secretariat, Islamabad. Share your original research, breakthroughs, and ideas that align with our thematic areas. Accepted abstracts will be published in  International Journals, with top submissions considered for full publication in a Scopus-indexed journal. abstract Submission guidelines

Submit your abstract electronically through the official conference website only. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the [Abstract Submission] button on the website.
Step 2: Fill in all required personal and affiliation details.
Step 3: Select your topic category and provide your abstract title.
Step 4: Upload your abstract file in the required format (see formatting section below).
Step 5: Choose your preferred presentation type:

  • Oral presentation
  • Poster presentation

Step 6: Indicate your consent for full paper publication in the conference proceedings or associated journals (Yes/No).
Step 7: Review all information and click Submit Abstract.

General Submission Rules

  • Presenters may submit more than one abstract.
  • Abstracts must be free of spelling, grammar, and scientific errors. No edits will be allowed after submission.
  • Submitters can indicate their preferred presentation format; however, the final decision rests with the Scientific Committee.
  • At least one author must register for the conference if the abstract is accepted.
  • The registration fee must be paid by 25th September 2025.
  • Selected outstanding abstracts may be invited to submit a full paper for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to disqualify any abstract not adhering to the guidelines.

Consent, Permission & Copyright

By submitting an abstract, submitters confirm:

  • Full responsibility for the accuracy of content; no amendments allowed post-submission.
  • All co-authors have been informed and have consented to submission.
  • Agreement to act as the primary contact for all correspondence and to keep co-authors updated.
  • Consent for publication in the Conference Proceedings.
  • Approval from all relevant regulatory or ethical authorities has been obtained where necessary.
  • Work is original and does not infringe on any copyrights or proprietary rights.
  • Any potential conflicts of interest (financial or otherwise) are disclosed and resolved.

Registration Fee Policy

Authors are encouraged to register only after receiving an acceptance notification.

We strongly encourage early submission to facilitate smooth processing and to maximize the chances of acceptance.
