Registration Refund Policy for FHCC2025
At the International Conference on Future of Healthcare (FHCC2025), we value the commitment and participation of all our attendees. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which registration fee refunds may be requested. Our aim is to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring the smooth organization of the event. We kindly ask all participants to review this policy carefully before completing their registration.
The following refund policy applies to all registrations for the International Conference on Future of Healthcare (FHCC2025):
1. Refund Eligibility
Full refund (minus administrative charges of 10%) is available for cancellation requests made on or before September 30, 2025.
50% refund will be granted for cancellation requests received between October 1 and October 20, 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 20, 2025, or for no-shows.
2. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: registration@fhcc2025.com
OR
Submit Refund Form provided.
Include your full name, ID (Passport/National ID as provided at time of registration), and reason for cancellation.
3. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, using the original method of payment.
4. Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute attendee from your organization at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 7 days before the event.
5. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled or rescheduled, registered participants will be offered:
A full refund; or
The option to transfer registration to a future event or virtual version of FHCC2025.
